Details Intermediate Care/Telemetry Unit in a 158-bed acute care hospital Night shift schedule: 7p–7:30a, 3x12-hour shifts per week Patient ratio of 1:5–6 Charting via Epic; Epic experience required Every other weekend required On-call is required for this position Floating within scope required to meet facility needs Block scheduling is not available for this position Requirements Active IL RN license required; pending IL license may be acceptable — note status when applying Active MO state RN license required at time of consideration Minimum 1 year of RN experience required Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Epic EMR experience required Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible Additional Information First-time travelers are welcome to apply Navy scrubs required No parking cost at this facility RTO is limited to no more than 7 days per 13-week contract; no RTO during the first week of orientation Travelers may remain at this BJC facility for up to 18 months, after which a 3-month break in service is required Former permanent employees of any BJC facility must wait 1 year before returning as a traveler American Traveler Job ID P-684114.
