Schedule 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, weekdays, with some weekends required. Job Description We are seeking an experienced Stepdown / Immediate Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our team. This role requires strong clinical skills and experience in a challenging environment, where patient acuity and the need for quality care may fluctuate. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring patients in a 1:4 patient-to-nurse ratio, flexing to 1:5 in emergencies. Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to stepdown and immediate care patients. Monitor and assess patient conditions, interpreting telemetry and vital signs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and families on care protocols and health management. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1.5 - 2 years of Registered Nursing experience. At least 1 year of experience in Med/Surg/Telemetry and 2 years in Stepdown. Must have BCLS and ACLS certifications via the American Heart Association.
