Schedule / Shift Day shift: 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30); Night shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30). Rotating shifts may be required to meet hospital operational needs. Job Description We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in a Stepdown unit. The RN will care for patients with progressive care needs and may float to different units as required. Applicants must be adaptable and ready to provide high-quality nursing care in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care in the Stepdown unit. Monitor and assess patient conditions, including ECG rhythm recognition. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans. Document patient care and progress accurately in the charting system. Participate in patient and family education regarding care and post-discharge needs. Adhere to infection control policies and perform safety checks on equipment and environment. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in Stepdown/Progressive Care nursing. Active Ohio RN license or Compact State license.
