Details Work in a 40-bed hospital oncology unit caring for patients throughout the continuum of cancer care Patient population includes individuals receiving chemotherapy, immunotherapy, radiation, and cellular therapy treatments 12-hour day shifts from 07:00 to 19:30 Level 1 trauma center environment Requirements Active KS or compact RN license required Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an oncology setting Current AHA BLS certification required Nursys verification and primary source license verification required within 30 days prior to start Completion of the FACIS Questionnaire if applicable for disciplinary actions US Social Security Number and a US address required Additional Information Oncology RNs provide care and support to patients undergoing cancer treatments including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and radiation MOAB De-Escalation Training and NIH Certification are referenced and may be required within periodic intervals Candidates may be classified as local or travel based on proximity to the facility, impacting compensation COVID-19 vaccination is not a requirement for this position All travelers are considered for auto offer positions Holiday and weekend scheduling details not specified; please inquire as needed American Traveler Job ID P-673358.
