Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Eagle River, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/06/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $ 2412.00 Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Job Details: • Work 12-hour variable shifts including days and nights • Night shifts follow 6 on, 8 off schedule pattern • 72 hours guaranteed biweekly with overtime after 80 hours worked in second week • Every other weekend and every other holiday rotation required • Float to similar units including Howard Young, Tomahawk, and Rhinelander as needed • Floating may be pre-scheduled when necessary • Subject to low census and on-call status • Call back minimum of 2 hours when required • Patient ratios: 1:4-5 during days, 1:6 during nights • EPIC charting system experience required • Any scrub color acceptable • Wisconsin RN license required • AHA or Red Cross BLS certification required • AHA or Red Cross ACLS certification required • Minimum 2 years Med Surg experience required • Travel assignment experience preferred • Associate degree or certificate required • Contract eligible for 36 hours of low census unbillable hours • During flu season, unvaccinated travelers must wear masks at all times per facility policy Facility: This healthcare facility provides comprehensive medical and surgical services to the community, featuring modern patient care units with advanced technology and equipment.
