Details Medical/Surgical unit in a hospital setting Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6 Unit consists of 10 beds Night shift schedule (7p–7:30a), with a choice of 3x12 or 4x12 hour shifts Epic EMR experience within the last 6 months is preferred 13-week contract Requirements Active TX or Compact RN license required Current BLS certification required Minimum 1 year of RN experience required 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration Additional Information Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for this position Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year before being eligible to return as a traveler Travel pairs or groups will not be accepted First-time travelers may be considered — check position details for eligibility No more than 3 days of RTO will be approved, and no RTO is permitted during the first week of orientation American Traveler Job ID P-679860.
