Details Med/Surg Telemetry unit within a large hospital setting Day/Night rotating shifts: 7:00 AM–7:30 PM and 7:00 PM–7:30 AM (3x12-hour shifts) Shift rotation may occur based on operational needs of the unit Telemetry monitoring and ECG rhythm recognition are core components of the role Requirements Active OH RN license or compact state license currently in hand Current certifications required: BLS (AHA or American Red Cross), ACLS, and NIHSS Minimum 18 months of permanent (non-travel) Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience required Two professional references required for consideration Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration Additional Information ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments are completed during orientation; a passing score on both is required to continue the assignment Must be available to work at least every other holiday Travelers may not exceed 18 consecutive months across any assignments at this health system's locations, and must wait a minimum of 6 months before returning to any location within the system American Traveler Job ID P-680071.
