Details Hospital Med/Surg unit environment Night shift: 19:00–07:30 13-week contract Telemetry monitoring required (must be able to read telemetry) Epic EMR used Floating may be required within skill set, either within the facility or to sites within 40 miles Requirements Active WI RN license or compact RN license required Current BLS certification (AHA) NIH Stroke Scale certification Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg experience required Telemetry reading experience required Epic EMR experience required Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address Driver's license required for consideration Two professional references required for consideration Full SSN and full date of birth required for consideration Additional Information Artificial or acrylic nails are not permitted; natural nails must be kept shorter than 1/4 inch Local candidates are accepted but may be subject to a reduced pay rate depending on proximity to the facility COVID vaccination is not required American Traveler Job ID P-685990.
