Details 13-week contract at a 265-bed regional referral center and integrated delivery system in Lawton, OK Med/Surg unit serving a diverse patient population including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts) Weekend requirements: as needed No on-call responsibilities Requirements Active RN license — Oklahoma state license or compact license accepted, must be active at time of consideration Current BLS (AHA) and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications required Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg nursing experience required Additional Information Responsibilities include patient assessment, nursing diagnosis, care plan development and implementation, and collaborative care with ancillary and patient care team members Nursing travelers begin orientation on Thursdays No more than 5 days of RTO may be requested for the duration of the assignment Former direct employees of this facility are not eligible to return through an agency until at least 6 months after separation from direct employment Local candidates (within 50 miles of the facility) are eligible for consideration at a reduced rate compared to the travel rate American Traveler Job ID P-681845.
