Details Medical-Surgical unit in a hospital setting in Guthrie, OK Night shift schedule: 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM, 3x12s Patient ratio of 1:5 EMR: Epic Floating to other units required as needed Weekends required as directed by the facility On-call as required by the facility 26-week contract Requirements Active OK RN license (Standard or Compact) required Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS Minimum 3 years of Med/Surg RN experience required No employment gaps of 90 days within the past 12 months Valid U.S. Social Security Number required (Canadian SINs not accepted) Additional Information Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process to provide and evaluate patient care, coordinating care across departments, and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality All certifications must be current with no expiration within the first 30 days of the assignment unless a scheduled renewal is documented Black scrubs required Up to 5 days of RTO are allowed but must be made up during the assignment Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are eligible but subject to a reduced bill rate Local candidates within 50 miles are limited to 3 consecutive 13-week contracts before a 1-year separation or transfer outside the radius is required American Traveler Job ID P-685584.
