Details Work in a hospital setting on the Labor & Delivery unit Night shifts with three 12-hour shifts per week Cares for laboring mothers and newborns in a Level I trauma environment Assignment duration is 13 weeks Requirements Active Oklahoma RN license or multistate compact RN license (eNLC) required Current BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association Intermediate Fetal Monitoring certificate required Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required—Advanced Provider or Instructor level Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience with at least 2 years of travel nursing experience Experience in a Level I trauma setting required Associate's degree in Nursing required; BSN or MSN preferred Additional Information Performs comprehensive assessments and provides care for patients with a wide range of obstetric needs Documents responses to interventions, administers medications, and assists physicians in diagnostic procedures Delegates tasks to support staff and collaborates closely with interdisciplinary teams Must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility as local candidates are not accepted Holiday and weekend coverage may be required as part of regular scheduling Must be able to communicate effectively with a diverse patient population American Traveler Job ID P-671361.
