Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Care: Provide care to residents in accordance with CCNH policies, standards of care, and state and federal regulations.
  • Care Coordination: Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans, collaborating with supervisors and attending physicians as needed.
  • Supervision: Oversee and support LNAs and LMNAs in delivering quality care on the assigned unit.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Long-term care experience preferred.
  • Must possess and maintain a current Nursing license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board.
