Join Our Team: We invite passionate and dedicated Registered Nurses to join our dynamic team at our In-Patient Rehab Hospital, specializing in delivering exceptional care for patients recovering from stroke, spinal cord injuries, orthopaedic issues, and brain injuries. Specialty Units Currently Available:

  1. In-Patient Spinal Injury Rehab
  2. In-Patient Neuro Stroke Rehab
  3. In-Patient Brain Injury Rehab

Positions Available:

  1. Full-Time RN (36 hours per week) – 12-hour day shifts
  2. Full-Time RN (36 hours per week) – 12-hour night shifts

Assistance in buying or leasing a vehicle in U.S. with no U.S. credit history

Ongoing support for nurses throughout their employment

Assistance with renewal of work authorization and documentation when needed

Requirements


  • Passed the NCLEX-RN exam.
  • Eligible for an RN license in Washington State.
  • Current CGFNS VisaScreen (apply at www.cgfns.org).
  • Eligible for work authorization in the USA through Trade NAFTA (Current Canadian passport, Green Card, or American passport holders).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BScN, BN, etc).
Please note, we do not have the ability to sponsor candidates and IENs who require work visas for the USA, other than Canadian citizens who qualify for work authorization though the Free Trade Agreement.
