Morning Shift Front of House Team Member

As the Morning Shift Team Member at Chick-fil-A10th Ave. North, you will have the privilege to enrich and invest in hundreds of lives in the Lake Worth and Palm Springs area to make others feel uniquely valued. You will get to be part of a grand opening team with Chick-fil-A. As a FOH Team Member, you will welcome & greet guests, take and prepare customer orders in either the front counter or drive-thru, maintain cleanliness in the counter and dining room, observe health and sanitation guidelines, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile! We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know! Successful Team Members will conduct themselves in a positive attitude and truthful character demonstrating 2nd mile service to every guest who visits our restaurant.

Hours of Availability between 5:30am and 5:30pm

Base Salary: $15.00/hr-$16.00/hr

Requirements Include:

• High integrity and character

• Bi-lingual preferred but not needed
• Chick-fil-A experience is a plus, but not required

Your first 90 days will look like this:

• Week 1: Bread chicken (it’s kinda important to know around here) and learn other kitchen operations for the week
• Week 2: Deliver fast & accurate service in the Drive-Thru and learn other important front of house operations
• Week 3 & continued time: Review execution to benchmark against predetermined goals and timelines

Compensation & Benefits:

• $15.00/hr-$16.00/hr depending on role and responsibilities you can complete.
• 401K contributions match 5%:4% after 90 days
