Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with an Oregon school district to recruit a qualified Special Education Teacher for a full-time, on-site position. The selected teacher will provide specialized instruction and targeted interventions based on individual student goals. Youâll adapt curriculum and teaching methods, support access to grade-level content, and create structured learning experiences that encourage skill development and independence.
Core Responsibilities:
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate regularly with families.
- Adjust curriculum, assignments, and instructional approaches as needed.
- Develop, implement, and maintain Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Implement positive behavioral strategies and maintain an organized classroom.
- Monitor student performance and document progress toward established objectives.
- Provide differentiated instruction aligned with individual learning needs and IEP goals.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and school support personnel.
- Contribute to a supportive and inclusive school environment focused on student development.
