Personal Support Specialist (PSS) – Evening & Overnight Shifts | Competitive Compensation

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $1,500 for qualified full-time PSS hires!
To qualify, applicants must be fully PSS certified at the time of hire. Bonus is paid as $500 at 60 days, $500 at 120 days, and $500 at 180 days of employment. The bonus is for full-time hires only and is forfeited if employment ends 180 days before.

What You'll Do

As a PSS, you'll provide hands-on support while building positive relationships with the residents in our care. Your responsibilities will include:

• Helping residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and other daily personal-care needs
• Supporting residents with household and lifestyle activities, including telephone use, light housekeeping, and meal preparation or service
• Responding promptly and compassionately to resident call lights
• Participating in scheduled activities and encouraging resident engagement
• Observing residents and accurately documenting care provided and changes in condition
• Maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive environment

What you’ll bring to the role:

•   Must be at least 18 years old
• Current PSS certification is required for sign-on bonus eligibility
• If not already certified, must commit to obtaining PSS certification within 120 days of hire
• Proof of immunization/immunity to MMR and Varicella
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to accurately follow verbal and written instructions
• A dependable, compassionate approach to caring for older adults
