What You’ll Be Doing
As our Overnight Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the friendly face (and voice) of our hotel during the late-night hours.
Here’s what your nights might look like:
- Checking in guests that arrive after 11pm.
- Responding to any late-night guest requests.
- Finishing laundry duties to prep housekeeping for the next day.
- Preparing the first round of breakfast by 6:30am or earlier.
- Maintaining security of the hotel from 11pm to 7am.
- Answering phone calls and addressing guest inquiries or requests.
What We’re Looking For
Here’s what makes a great fit for this role:
- People Pleaser -- We want someone that can take pride in making breakfast for 100 people. This is one of the most rewarding parts of the job.
- Night Owl -- This is an overnight position. 11pm to 7am. Reliability is THE most important part of this role.
- Hard worker -- The front desk operates 24hrs/day, and is in charge of laundry. Some nights, laundry is done before 11pm. Other nights, the night attendant has substantial laundry to fold. This is hard work, but you will be trained on how to do it properly.
