Description
Some of your duties and responsibilities will include;
Prepare detailed budget estimates on scopes of works.
Prepare tender submissions.
Manage database of actual cost/estimating unit rates, suppliers and subcontractors
Contribute to post project reviews.
Skills And Experiences
To be considered you must
Minimum of 3 years within a similar role
Tertiary qualifications within Construction, Estimating or Quantity Surveying.
Excellent business acumen and attention to detail
