Comp: 

• Flexible scheduling

• W2 Salary $250,000 plus so much more 
• 8 weeks PTO 
• 100%Employer-paid medical (valued at $24,000)

• CME Allowance: $2,000 plus AANA dues 
• Paid parental leave: 100% salary for 6 weeks (Dad's too) 
• 1099 Valued at $300,000 annually
