What You’ll Do:
- Prep, cook, and plate items to exact specs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe station
- Master each station, and strictly follow all procedures, techniques, and protocol
- Communicate clearly with team members and expo
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Keep calm under pressure during busy rushes
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years cooking experience in commercial kitchens
- Strong knife skills and understanding of kitchen operations
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Able to stand for long shifts
