Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • Conduct work in-office as a full-time employee.
  • Handle cases from beginning to end, including initial investigation and analysis.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, arguments, statements, and settlement documents.
  • Manage in-court experience handling status and motion hearings.
  • Participate in trials as needed.

Experience you will need:

  • 0-3 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably working on behalf of corporations and businesses.
  • Juris Doctor from ABA accredited law school and licensed to practice in the State of California.
  • Capable of working independently on-site and as a team member.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload.
  • Ability to review and analyze depositions and other documents.
  • Experience managing a high-volume practice with staff assistance.
