Details Work in the K6 Spine Med/Tele unit within a hospital setting Primarily cares for medical-surgical and telemetry patients with spinal conditions Night shift schedule from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM 13-week travel assignment Requirements Active NC or compact state RN license required Minimum 1 year of recent experience in med/tele or telemetry nursing At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred in some regions but 1 year suffices for this unit unless noted otherwise BLS and ACLS (AHA or ARC), with active cards through the duration of the assignment NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months Valid US SSN and date of birth required for consideration Must submit professional references per state requirement (two for FL/MO, one for other states) No local candidates; must reside outside a 50-mile radius Additional Information Provide care to spine, medical, and telemetry patients with a focus on post-operative and acute management Follow hospital protocols for telemetry monitoring and neurological assessments Teamwork emphasized within a multidisciplinary hospital environment Holiday coverage may be required per unit needs References, license verification, and credentialing documents must be provided for employment consideration American Traveler Job ID P-667942.
