Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Tele Job Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM • Three 12-hour shifts per week with 48-hour guarantee consideration • Work 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule • Float pool position requiring flexibility to work between multiple departments and facilities • Must be willing to float between Northwest Medical Center, Oro Valley Hospital, Northwest Houghton, and Northwest Sahuarita • Patient-to-nurse ratio of 6:1 • Provide care to medical surgical and telemetry patients utilizing the Nursing Process • Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment for safe patient care delivery • Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education • Delegate patient care priorities and provide supervision of assigned personnel • Required certifications: BLS and ACLS • Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required • Arizona nursing license required • Cerner EMR experience required • Any color scrubs permitted Facility: This healthcare organization operates multiple medical facilities providing comprehensive inpatient and outpatient services to the community.
