Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Tele Job Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM • Schedule consists of three 12-hour shifts per week • 48-hour guarantee available • Work 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule • This is a float pool position requiring willingness to float between departments and four facilities • Patient ratio of 6:1 • 2 years of experience required • Arizona nursing license required • Required certifications: BLS and ACLS • Cerner EMR experience required • Any color scrubs acceptable • Utilize the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies • Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment in patient care planning • Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education • Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience • Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel Facility: This healthcare organization operates multiple medical facilities throughout the region, providing comprehensive medical and surgical services with telemetry monitoring capabilities.
