Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Tele Job Details: • Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM • Schedule: 3 shifts per week (36 hours) • Required to work 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule • This is a float pool position requiring willingness to float between departments and four different facilities • Patient ratio: 6:1 • 13-week assignment duration with ASAP start preferred within 2 weeks of offer acceptance • 2 years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience required • Required certifications: Arizona RN license, BLS, ACLS • Cerner EMR experience required • Any color scrubs permitted • Provide patient care utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies • Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment in care delivery • Delegate patient care priorities and provide supervision of assigned personnel • Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education Facility: This healthcare organization operates multiple medical facilities throughout the region, providing comprehensive inpatient medical and surgical services.
