Travel Stepdown Registered Nurse - $2,428 per week

A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity: RN - Stepdown Job Details: • Work 12-hour rotating day/night shifts: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM / 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM • Three 12-hour shifts per week (3x12's only) • HVTI-Stepdown Float Pool unit with potential to float to units J1-2, J33 and ED • Must work at least every other holiday • Shifts may be variable if needed to meet operational needs of the hospital • Minimum 18 months permanent experience in stepdown specialty required prior to travel • Minimum 18 months recent stepdown experience required (travel experience acceptable) • PCU/Progressive care experience preferred but not required • Must have permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand • Required certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS • ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment completed during orientation • Two attempts maximum to pass assessments or contract will be canceled • Hours worked submitted through Qualivis Lotus system • Complete badge pickup and onsite fingerprints prior to start date • Complete 4-15 hours of pre-start modules via Silkroad system Facility: This major academic medical center operates a comprehensive stepdown unit providing intermediate care for patients who require closer monitoring than general medical floors but do not need intensive care.
