Opportunity: RN - Stepdown Job Details: • Work 12-hour night shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week • 2 years of nursing experience required • Must have Arkansas nursing license, BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications • Required experience with post cardiovascular surgeries • Must be skilled in titrating cardiac drips including Nitro, Cardizem, Amiodarone, and Esmolol • Experience with BiPAPs and utilizing Airvo high-flow oxygen therapy • Ability to recognize deteriorating patients and respond appropriately • Work with EPIC electronic medical record system • No call requirements or weekend hour requirements • No floating requirements • Dress code requires black scrubs Facility: This 336-bed acute care hospital has over 100 years of history providing comprehensive healthcare services to the community.
