Details Step-down unit serving a mix of med/surg and intermediate care patients Nurse-to-patient ratios range from 1:4 to 1:6 depending on shift assignment Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM 13-week contract Epic EMR experience required Requirements Active TX or compact RN license currently in hand BLS certification required Minimum 1–2 years of RN experience required Epic EMR experience required Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility Additional Information Travel pairs or groups will not be accepted for this position Former permanent staff must have been separated from the facility for at least 1 year before being eligible as a traveler No more than 3 days of RTO will be auto-approved, and no RTO is permitted during the first week of orientation Two professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years are required for consideration First-time travelers may be considered for this position American Traveler Job ID P-685802.
