Details Hospital-based Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting with a stroke focus Possibility of floating to other PCUs within the facility as needed Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM Requires working 5–6 weekend shifts per 6-week period Holiday coverage is required Requirements Active KY or compact RN license in hand at time of consideration — no licensure hits will be accepted Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Progressive Care, Med/Surg Acute Care, or Telemetry experience required EKG interpretation experience required Neuro/stroke experience preferred ICU experience is a plus 2 supervisor references from within the last 3 years required for consideration Must reside more than 100 miles from the facility — local candidates are not accepted Additional Information Former permanent staff must have been separated for at least 6 months before returning to this facility as a traveler All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of submission — RTO requests made after submission will not be approved American Traveler Job ID P-677730.
