Details Work in a cardiac step-down unit within a hospital setting Patient population consists of cardiac step-down/telemetry cases Night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM Position is for a 13-week travel contract Floating may be required as per hospital needs Requirements Active NC or compact RN license required Minimum 1 year of recent experience in cardiac step-down or telemetry required 2 years of recent clinical experience preferred for certain regions Current AHA or ARC BLS and ACLS certifications required NIH Stroke Scale certification required No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months US Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration Professional references required: two for FL and MO, one for other states No local candidates permitted; must reside outside a 50-mile radius Additional Information Provide nursing care and monitoring for patients with cardiac and telemetry needs Must submit complete application, references, and copies of all required certifications Holiday coverage may be required based on scheduling needs First-time travelers will be considered for this position American Traveler Job ID P-667953.
