Details Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting within a large academic medical center Telemetry patient monitoring is a core component of this role Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM 13-week contract Requirements Active OH or Compact RN license required Current BLS and IV therapy certifications required Minimum 2 years of RN experience required Telemetry monitoring experience required Proficiency with IV insertion, lab interpretation, medication administration, and patient education required Epic EMR experience required Must pass a telemetry competency test Additional Information Responsibilities include telemetry monitoring, IV management, medication administration, lab review, and patient education 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration All time-off or scheduling requests must be submitted at the time of initial application No break-in-service required between assignments for RNs changing representation at this facility American Traveler Job ID P-680024.
