Travel PCU Float Registered Nurse - $2,100 per week

A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: RN - PCU Job Details: • Work 84 hours biweekly with 72 hour guarantee • Must agree to 36/48 hour alternating schedule • Required to work weekends as needed, which may include most weekends during the contract • Block scheduling may be accommodated, but set schedules cannot be approved • Must be agreeable to floating between Med Surg and PCU units • Patient ratios: 5 patients during days, 6 patients during nights • Care for adult and geriatric patient populations • 36 hours of orientation provided • Minimum 2 years of experience required and travel experience strongly preferred • Previous charge experience preferred • Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS • Epic charting system experience strongly preferred • Must have nursing license in-hand before start date • Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions only) • Must be available to complete needed lab items within 72 hours of accepting offer • 50-mile local radius policy applies • Hard documents due 3 business days prior to start date • Complete modules during orientation (average 2-3 hours, non-billable if completed in first 16 hours) Facility: This healthcare facility provides comprehensive medical and surgical services with a focus on progressive care and medical-surgical units.
