A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity: RN - OR Job Details: • Work Friday through Sunday schedule with holiday call requirements • Fast-paced operating room environment requiring 5 years of experience preferred • Experience required in general surgery, neurosurgery, orthopedics, trauma, and robotics • Must have Trauma Level II experience • Required certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS, TX RN License • Epic charting system experience required • Previous charge experience preferred • Travel experience highly preferred • Must be available to complete required lab items within 72 hours of accepting offer • Work with advanced surgical equipment including Da Vinci Xi Surgical System, Mako Surgical System, and Hana Table • Handle diverse surgical procedures including robotic surgery, trauma cases, orthopedic procedures, and various specialty surgeries • Participate in code response, conscious sedation monitoring, and laser safety protocols • Maintain infection control standards and follow universal protocol procedures • One pre-approved time off period allowed during contract • Bi-weekly RN orientation schedule available Facility: This medical center operates a comprehensive surgical department with advanced technology and equipment to support complex procedures.
