A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity: RN - OR Job Details: • Work 12-hour shifts with multiple shift options available: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, or 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM • Weekend availability required, typically working Saturdays and every other weekend • No call responsibilities • Scrubbing experience preferred, circulating experience required • Must have ability to function in multiple surgical areas including cardiovascular, neurosurgery, orthopedics, cataracts, and ENT • Trauma experience required as facility provides trauma services • West Virginia or Compact state nursing license required at time of submission (no temporary or pending licenses accepted) • BLS certification required • Local candidates within 50 miles of facility are not accepted • Lab work must be completed within 72 hours of signing contract • Orientation modules required (4-6 hours, non-billable, completed annually) Facility: This major medical center is a 393-bed hospital serving as the second largest medical facility in the tri-state region.
