Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry - $2,368 per week

First Connect Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Omaha, Nebraska. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/13/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Key Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care to MedSurg and telemetry patients. Monitor cardiac rhythms and maintain awareness of telemetry readings. Administer medications and manage titrated drips including Heparin, Lidocaine, and Ketamine . Manage PCA pumps and other infusion therapies. Perform patient assessments and update individualized care plans . Collaborate with physicians, charge nurses, and multidisciplinary teams. Provide patient education and discharge planning support. Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR . Support hourly rounding and rapid patient turnover , including admissions and discharges. Float to other MedSurg units as needed . Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of MedSurg/Telemetry nursing experience required. Strong clinical skills in acute care and neurological patient management . Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast-paced environment . Prior travel nursing experience preferred but not required .
