Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel UNIT: 4C Orthopedic Certs Required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, CPI. Experience Required: 1 year. Experience with below patient types (heavy ortho), IV starts, trachs, chest tubes, dressing changes, Non-titrating drips. Will you accept a first-time traveler? Yes Patient Ratios: 1:5, occasionally 1:6 EMR: Cerner IV Pump: Plum 360 Med dispensing: Omnicell Monitors: Phillips Unit specific equipment: Lifts, work stations on wheels, dynamaps, glucose monitors Floating: could float within scope of practice and below, other mixed acuity units. Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: Orthopedic and spine surgeries: total knees, hips, ankles, and shoulders.
