Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Stepdown Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/15/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, rotating Employment Type: Travel Hours: 72 hours biweekly guaranteed (on-call hours not included). Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (50% day/night) – 7a–7:30p / 7p–7:30a, every other weekend. Facility: 550-bed hospital, KM7 unit with 32 beds – post-op cardiothoracic surgery (intermediate care/med-surg). Experience & License: Minimum 2 years experience, MA RN license required. Certifications & EMR: BLS & ACLS (AHA) required, EPIC experience required. Patient Ratios: 3–4:1 days, 4–5:1 nights; support staff includes PCTs and unit clerks. Notes: Care for CABG, valve replacement/repair, thoracic surgery, cardiology patients; BILH coversheet required, no locals, must be separated from BILH for 6 months.
