Bestica is seeking a travel nurse RN Stepdown for a travel nursing job in Cleveland, Ohio. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Stepdown Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days, nights Employment Type: Travel 3169357 Registered Nurse (RN) – Stepdown / Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Location: Cleveland, OH 44195 Shift: 3x12 Days/Nights Schedule Type: 3x12s only Rotation Note: Shifts may be variable if needed to meet hospital operational needs. Preferred shifts will be considered when possible; however, rotation may be required. Requirements Experience: Minimum 18 months of permanent (non-travel) experience in the specialty applying for prior to travel Minimum 18 months of recent Stepdown experience (travel experience accepted) PCU/Progressive Care experience preferred , but not required Licensure: Active Ohio RN license or Compact State license (must be in hand at submission) Certifications (Required): BLS – AHA or American Red Cross ACLS – AHA or American Red Cross NIHSS Holiday Requirement: Traveler must work at least every other holiday Orientation & Assessments ECG rhythm recognition test required during orientation SafeMedicate assessment required during orientation Acceptable scores on both assessments are required Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to Stepdown/PCU patients Monitor and assess patient conditions and respond to changes appropriately Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Maintain accurate documentation and comply with hospital policies and standards 3169357 Registered Nurse (RN) – Stepdown / Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Location: Cleveland, OH 44195 Shift: 3x12 Days/Nights Schedule Type: 3x12s only Rotation Note: Shifts may be variable if needed to meet hospital operational needs.
