Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Stepdown Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/04/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel PCU / Stepdown RN – Travel Contract Location: United States Nights | 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM 36 Hours / Week We are seeking an experienced PCU / Stepdown Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in a fast-paced 35-bed progressive care unit. Unit Details 35 Bed PCU / Stepdown Unit Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:4 – 1:5 Patient Population Adult & geriatric patients Cardiac conditions Stroke Diabetes Nephrology cases Continuous EEG monitoring Requirements Active RN License BLS, ACLS, NIHSS required Experience titrating cardiac medications Common Drips Cardizem Beta blockers Seizure medications Schedule 12-hour Nights (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM) Every other weekend Every third holiday Floating May float to Medical floors, ICU, or Rehab as needed.
