LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Psychiatric for a travel nursing job in Holyoke, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Psychiatric Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/06/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Requirements: Experience Minimum 1 year of inpatient psychiatric experience required Experience in substance abuse or behavioral health preferred Certifications CPR certification required RN License in the State of Massachusetts BLS Crisis intervention / de-escalation training preferred Key Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care using a trauma-informed recovery model Maintain a safe and therapeutic psychiatric environment Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans Monitor patient progress and document clinical outcomes Manage crisis situations using de-escalation techniques Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Take charge responsibilities when required Float to similar or lower-acuity units as needed Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and organizational standards RK Somanath Hansda About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
