Job Description & Requirements Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/03/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel PCU Float RN – Travel Contract Pay: $2,120/week Location: Fort Myers, Florida Contract Length: 13 Weeks Start Date: April 3, 2026 Schedule: 36 hours per week Shift: Night Shift – 3x12 hours Job Summary Seeking an experienced PCU Float Registered Nurse to provide patient care in a progressive care setting. The nurse will care for adult and geriatric patients and must be comfortable floating to different units and sister campuses as required. Patient ratio is typically 4–6 patients per nurse depending on patient acuity . Job Responsibilities • Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care Unit setting • Monitor and assess patient conditions • Administer medications and treatments as ordered • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams • Maintain accurate patient documentation using EMR • Respond to patient needs and changes in condition • Float to other units or campuses as required Required Skills & Experience • Minimum 2 years of PCU nursing experience • Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment • Flexibility to float between units and campuses • Strong communication and teamwork skills Certifications & Licensure • Active Florida RN License or Compact License • BLS Certification • ACLS Certification • NIHSS Certification • Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from First Day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. • 401K Plan. •"Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc. • $300 - $1000 referral bonus.
