What You’ll Do As a Registered Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring positive patient outcomes while supporting clinical operations and mentoring staff. Key Responsibilities include: Perform patient triage and manage unscheduled acute care needs Supervise, support, and train LVNs and Medical Assistants Prepare patients and equipment for examinations and procedures Oversee treatments, diagnostics, and point-of-care testing Supervise medication administration and specimen collection Assist providers with examinations and minor procedures Deliver age-appropriate patient education and discharge instructions Participate in limited case management and care coordination Utilize the electronic health record to maintain accurate documentation Collaborate across departments in a multidisciplinary team environment Maintain clinical competency through continuing education Support quality patient flow and clinic efficiency Perform other duties within the scope of RN licensure Flexibility in scheduling may be required based on operational needs. What You Bring Education & Experience Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum one year of ambulatory/outpatient care experience Strong knowledge of HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards Current CPR certification (ACLS preferred) Licenses & Certifications Valid California driver’s license Ability to maintain required certifications and licensure throughout employment Insurable under the organization’s vehicle insurance policy Personal & Professional Qualities High ethical standards with a reputation for honesty and trustworthiness Strong judgment, accountability, and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment Cultural awareness and sensitivity to diverse communities Professional, courteous, and highly confidential Physical & Work Environment Requirements Clinic/office setting Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Perform repetitive hand movements and computer work Lift up to 25 lbs; bend, stoop, and reach as needed Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance Travel as required ✅ Compliance & Pre‑Employment Requirements Commitment to organizational compliance policies and training Ability to recognize and report compliance concerns Successful completion of pre-employment physical exam, health screenings, and drug testing Why Join Us?
