Opportunity: RN - Circulator OR Inpatient Job Details: • Work Monday through Friday from 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM with call responsibilities • Serve as a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team providing individualized high-quality patient care • Perform comprehensive nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, outcome identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation • Provide relationship-based patient centered care adapting to population specific characteristics • Partner with patients and significant others using bedside shift reports and interdisciplinary rounds • Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care • Complete all initial and ongoing professional competency assessments and mandatory education • Serve as preceptor and/or mentor for other professional nurses and staff • Participate in evidence-based practice, nursing research, and performance improvement activities • Required certifications: RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact), BLS certification • Associates, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing required (Bachelor's preferred) • Less than 1 year experience required with completion of accredited nursing school • Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills required • Ability to function in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies decisively • Excellent time management and critical thinking skills essential Facility: This healthcare facility operates as part of a comprehensive health system that emphasizes evidence-based practice and professional development.
