A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity: RN - OR Inpatient Job Details: • Work 12-hour day shifts with 3 shifts per week • 30-minute call back requirement with on-call rotation per unit • Function as a proactive member of interdisciplinary healthcare team • Perform comprehensive nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation • Provide relationship-based patient centered care adapting to cultural diversity • Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care • Complete timely documentation and promote respectful clinical environment • Participate in performance improvement activities and shared governance • Complete all initial and ongoing professional competency assessments • Serve as preceptor and mentor for other nurses and healthcare staff • Required certifications: RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact), BLS certification • Associates, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing required • Less than 1 year experience required with completion of accredited nursing school • Direct patient care experience preferred • Must demonstrate strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills • Ability to function in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies • Strong critical thinking and time management skills required Facility: This healthcare facility operates as part of a comprehensive health system that emphasizes evidence-based practice, professional development, and high-quality patient care.
