Job Function: Night shift. 3x12. Provide comprehensive critical care to medically complex patients in the MICU. Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions, including hemodynamics and ventilator status. Administer medications, IV drips, and treatments in accordance with physician orders and protocols. Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement care plans. Respond promptly to changes in patient status and participate in emergency interventions. Job Requirements: Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN). Current RN license for the state of New York. 2 years of acute CCU RN experience is required. BLS & ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
