Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 03/30/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 48 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Position: MS/Tele RN (Auto Offer) Shift: Days and Nights both available | 36 or 48 hours/week Duration: 13 weeks Unit Details: 22-bed unit (mixed Med/Surg & Telemetry) Ratios: Telemetry 1:4 | Med/Surg 1:5 Strong telemetry experience required Responsibilities & Expectations: Must be comfortable working on mixed MS/Tele units Required to float to all Med/Surg/Tele units as needed May be required to float to ED, ICU, and OB for task-based support Weekend rotation: Every other weekend (subject to business needs) Scheduling: Combination of self-scheduling and facility needs Call: Required Facility Details: Medication System: Pyxis Documentation: Cerner Pharmacy: 24/7 Hospitalist coverage: 24/7 Intensivist: On-site days, on-call nights IV Team: Weekdays (limited availability) No lift team or unit secretary Time-Off Guidelines: No time off during holidays Maximum 2 weeks off at a time Minimal RTO preferred during assignment Requirements: Active RN license BLS/CPR certification required BSN preferred Acute care experience preferred 241644 About Bestica We are a trusted provider of solutions in Information Technology and Healthcare sectors to the DoD, Federal and Commercial markets.
