Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - $2,926 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Lodi, California. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/06/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 48 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel MS/Tele RN - Day Shift - Auto Offers - 36-48 hours. Need to have solid telemetry experience as these are mixed MS/Tele units. Call Required: Yes Weekend Coverage: Expectation attempt for every other weekend rotation. However, may adjust based on business need. Required to float to any Med/Surg/Tele department to take patients. Required to task in all other departments. Travelers must be able to take Med/Surg/Telemetry as part of assignment. Must be able to float to other departments such as ED, ICU, OB to task o nly Education and Work Experience: CA license BLS from AHA, RQIBLS - required Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred Acute care facility experience: Preferred Scheduling Type: Mixture of self-request and business need Medication System: Pyxis Documentation System: Cerner IV Teams: Monday-Friday, dayshift only. Depends on patient care of IV nurse. May not be available during dates and times. Lift Teams: No Pharmacy: 24/7 Transportation: Monday-Friday, dayshift only.
