Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - $2,501 per week

LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Glendale, California. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Duration: 13 weeks 48 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) who is comfortable floating across units as needed. The ideal candidate must have strong telemetry experience, recent acute care exposure, and proficiency in EMR systems, particularly Cerner. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care in Telemetry and assigned float units Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams Maintain accurate patient documentation using Cerner EMR Ensure adherence to hospital policies and patient safety protocols Required Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) License – State of Practice (California) Minimum 2 years of RN experience Recent experience in the submitted specialty within the last 3 months Mandatory Telemetry experience (required for floating) Experience working in an acute care facility Proficiency with Cerner EMR system Required Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) / CPR Certification Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) Strong acute care experience Ability to adapt quickly to different units (float capability) About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
