Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/06/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Days: 3x12 hr shifts No Call, Every other weekend including holiday rotation Quickly interviewing viable candidates: Phone call/text from a 405 area code Radius rule: min. 50 miles, no locals EMR: EPIC UNIT Info Ratios: 1:6 Bed Size: 130 Tele reads Drips: heparin, insulin, lasix, amiodarone, diltizem, digoxin FLOAT: may float to BH, ED, ICU and some post-procedural areas MUST complete Basic Dysrhythmia Assessment; passing score of 80% during onboarding. 24 months of experience in Med Surg, Tele, Med/Tele [required] 1st time traveler accepted with at least 2 years of Nursing experience Drips on Unit: heparin, insulin, lasix, amiodarone, diltizem, digoxin [required] MUST be able to comfortably/confidently read EKG/ECG including all Tele related duties/responsibilities (rhythm strips, dysrhythmia reads) EPIC experience [required] De-Escalation Certificate (SAMA, MAB, MOAB, CPI) [document] [highly preferred] can be obtained during onboarding NIH Stroke Scale certificate - [document] [highly preferred] can be obtained during onboarding Certifications: ACLS (AHA),BLS,NIHSS,MOAB About Voca Healthcare As a Voca Traveler, you will gain new clinical skills, visit amazing places and meet awesome healthcare professionals.
