The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical-surgical unit, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care to Med Surg patients Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Maintain accurate and timely documentation Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care procedures Follow hospital policies and safety protocols Requirements: Minimum 2 years of Med Surg RN experience Active RN License BLS Certification required Ability to work 12-hour night shifts Must be able to work every other weekend
